Question: How do I earn points?
Answer: You do surveys from here.
Question: The surveys are not creditting?
Answer: We are not in charge of when the surveys credit but can help you get them to credit to the best of our ability. For starters check here and here.
Question: I only have a couple surveys because I do not live in Canada, the United States, or Australia. Can you add more?
Answer: No, we are not in control of which surveys you are given.
Question: When will new surveys be added?
Answer: They are added Monday-Friday.
Question: Offers were working for me and now they are not, why is this?
Answer: You have to clear your cache and cookies between offers, and also should alternate emails. You should also not try too many offers in one day.
Question: Is this a scam?
Answer: No, we have hundreds of happy customers click here to see all the payments we have sent.
Question: Will you need my account username, login, or pin?
Answer: No, since we send through Duey there is no need for those other pieces of information.
Question: How long will it take to send my mesos?
Answer: It takes 1-4days on average to process your payment and another 12hrs to 24hrs for Duey to process it for a combined total of 2-4days.
Question: Is there any other way to get points besides doing the offers?
Answer: Yes! You can refer other users by going here and posting that link. When users sign up with your link you will recieve 20% of what they make from offers.
Question: I had a friend sign up with my referral link but I did not recieve any points, why is this?
Answer: They must do offers for you to get points. You do not recieve anything for the signup bonus point they got.
Question: I do not want to do offers or refer others is there yet another way to make points?
Answer: Well it will be hard, but you can go to the forum and go to the contests which are sometimes held for points.
Question: What is a bonus?
Answer: When you complete an offer you can go to your account details page or stats page to click the bonus. This bonus can give you tickets to the upcoming lottery, and sometimes might give you some points.
Question: What is the lottery?
Answer: The lottery is held every Friday at 10pm PST, and at this time 3 tickets are chosen at random from the bin and those 3 winners split the points that are currently in that lottery(50%/30%/20%). The more tickets the better your chance of winning.
Question: What are accomplishments?
Answer: Accomplishments give you something to strive towards. When you complete an accomplishment you will recieve a small reward and will level up.
Question: I want Nexon Cash, do you guys provide NX?
Answer: We do, click withdraw to see the cost for each prize.
Question: Where should I post my referral link?
Answer: There are millions of places you can post it, I recommend social groups/networks, forums, telling people in games, and giving it to friends, but there are many more places you can post it.
Question: Do you verify our email?
Answer: No.
Question: I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
Answer: PM me on the forum with your username and email. We will reset it as it is encrypted and we cannot unencrypt it.
Question: My friend wants to signup but it says I can only have one account per IP?
Answer: If you logged in to show your friend your account and then tried to have the friend signup then this may have shown up. This is to prevent self-referring. In order to have your friend signup again log in to the another IP and then have your friend sign up on the other IP. However if you signed up on the same IP your friend is trying to signup on your friend will not be able to signup on that IP. Have him signup on a different IP/Internet Connection.
Question: I want to delete my account, how do I do this?
Answer: Send a support ticket with your email and password saying so.
Question: I want to refund my cashout, how do I do this?
Answer: Send a support ticket saying so, and why.

Answer: No, we always gave 1million mesos for 2 points and always will.

Question: Why isn't ___ world supported?
Answer: We do not support that world currently because of its lack of mesos. We hope to in the future.

Question: What I cannot withdraw with less than 4 points? I just want to withdraw my 1 point!
Answer: That is correct, 4points is easy to get, if you do not have surveys refer other users. No we will not give you 1point, this is a business and we would no longer be around if we did this.
Question: This site sucks, I am going to hack it?
Answer: You will be banned in minutes if not seconds.
Question: I hate this site?
Answer: Then why are you here?
Question: Besides manual offer, referring, contest, and offers will you add any other ways to get points?
Answer: Maybe, maybe not.
Question: A competitor offers 1million for 1point?
Answer: We could do that too, but then each survey would give out half as many points. We could give out 50million mesos for 1point but then each offer would give out 100 times less and it would be even harder to reach cashout.
Question: It says I cannot cashout for 0 more days?
Answer: That is because you have less than 12 hours in your payment cycle so it rounded to 0 days.
Question: Why would I do a survey worth 0 points?
Answer: No survey is worth 0 points, they are just rounded so those surveys are worth .49 to .01 points usually they will be around .45points.
Question: Will there ever be more manual offers?
Answer: We are working on it, but it is very hard to get approved by other companies and even harder to find non US surveys.
